Inside The Bastion System

The Bastion Engine. Thirteen modules. One cadence.

Every dollar a managed IT provider spends on demand, qualification, and follow-up either compounds into authority or evaporates into noise. The Bastion System is the architecture that makes it compound. This is what is inside.

The Architecture

Two engagements. Thirteen modules. One operating cadence.

The Bastion System runs in two parts. The Bastion Funnel is the ongoing demand engine — six modules that produce verified, booked, briefed opportunities. The Bastion Atelier is the owned infrastructure — six specialist modules plus a master tier — built once and run for years. Most operators need both eventually; the order is decided at the strategic brief, not assumed.

The Bastion Funnel · The Six Modules

The demand engine. Done-for-you, in operating cadence.

Each module is described as you experience it — what it does, why it matters, what to expect, and when it goes live.

I

ATLAS

Market & Vertical Intelligence
What it does

Target-vertical and company-size mapping, competitor and share-of-voice audit, ideal-account definition — by industry, seat count, stack, and compliance need. The 90-day strategic brief that governs every other module.

Why it matters

Most operators work reactively, taking whatever arrives, with no map of where effort should focus. Without a map, every dollar scatters. ATLAS draws the map.

What to expect

A focused strategic brief on the segments worth owning — yours to operate from for the next twelve months.

Live by  Day 30 — the Foundation phase.
II

BEACON

Authority & Reputation Engine
What it does

B2B SEO by service and vertical, case studies and security thought-leadership, owned email — and the reviews and references layer, across Google, Clutch, and G2, that a buying committee vets you on before they ever call.

Why it matters

When a prospect researches you before reaching out, they form an opinion in ninety seconds of search results. If you are absent or scattered, they pick someone else.

What to expect

An owned authority and reputation cadence that earns inbound for years — every piece compounds.

Live by  Day 60 — the Activation phase.
III

FORGE

Engineered Demand
What it does

LinkedIn, Google Search, and retargeting — built on buying intent, not impressions. Account-based audience architecture, creative testing, weekly cost-per-qualified-opportunity governance.

Why it matters

Organic and referral take time to compound. FORGE buys reach now — measured, accountable, never spray-and-pray — so you grow without waiting eighteen months.

What to expect

A predictable flow of qualified opportunity at a known cost per acquisition, governed weekly.

Live by  Day 45 — early Activation phase.
IV

PURSUIT

Outbound & Account-Based Prospecting
What it does

Compliant multi-channel outbound to defined target accounts — email, LinkedIn, and voice — plus past-client and referral-partner reactivation. Built inside CASL and CAN-SPAM from day one. Every touch logged.

Why it matters

The market does not only come to you. PURSUIT goes after the work that would otherwise go to whoever reached out first — inside the compliance rules of your field.

What to expect

A controlled outbound channel that produces opportunities you would not otherwise have had.

Live by  Day 75 — the Cadence phase.
V

SENTINEL

AI Intake Verification & Follow-Up
What it does

The trust layer. Every inquiry screened — company size, stack fit, budget authority, and timeline — and answered in under five minutes, day or night, until qualified or formally declined.

Why it matters

Inbound quality is mostly poor, and the five-minute response standard is impossible to hold solo around the clock. SENTINEL holds it for you — algorithmically, in your voice.

What to expect

You only meet prospects who have passed every verification gate. Your time becomes far more valuable.

Live by  Day 30 — Foundation phase, ramping with the funnel.
VI

CONCIERGE

Discovery-Call & Coordination
What it does

Human-led, AI-assisted. A trained Concierge confirms intent, books the discovery call with the decision-maker, handles reschedules, and delivers your pre-call brief — account, stack, pain, and likely objections — the night before.

Why it matters

Walking in cold loses to walking in prepared. Most operators have never had a system that hands them the brief. CONCIERGE makes the preparation automatic.

What to expect

Every meeting prepared, every brief in your hands the night before. Conversion at the meeting rises.

Live by  Day 14 — wired into your calendar inside the first two weeks.
The Bastion Atelier · Six Modules + Master Tier

The owned infrastructure. Built once. Yours for years.

VII

AEGIS

Brand
What it does

Firm positioning, voice, visual identity, founder and engineer personal brands, and a messaging architecture your team can run from.

Why it matters

Most operators are interchangeable to a buyer's eye. AEGIS makes you distinguishable — the prerequisite for being chosen.

What to expect

A complete brand system — positioning, voice, visual identity — recognisable across every surface.

Built by  Day 30 — installed during the Foundation phase.
VIII

CATHEDRAL

Digital Home
What it does

A high-conversion website with service and vertical pages, security and compliance proof, case studies, and discovery-call funnels, with conversion-rate discipline.

Why it matters

Your website is the most expensive asset you own and the surface every channel points to. A weak one wastes every dollar of traffic.

What to expect

A site that pays for itself — traffic converts at a measurable rate, an asset that compounds.

Built by  Day 45 — built early, refined through Activation.
IX

ADVOCATE

Conversion
What it does

Discovery-call framework, scoping and assessment scripts, proposal and MSA conversation, objection matrix, and follow-up and reactivation sequences.

Why it matters

Most operators are excellent in person but inconsistent across engagements, and have never written down what wins. This captures it and makes it repeatable.

What to expect

A predictable conversion rate and a playbook to train against — the end of reinventing the wheel.

Built by  Day 60 — workshop in Foundation, install in Activation.
X

PORTFOLIO

Presentation
What it does

Capability decks, security and case-study collateral, and assessment and QBR materials for enterprise and RFP pursuits, at the standard the premium segment expects.

Why it matters

A great presentation wins the work; an average one loses it. Most operators present from templates that look like everyone else's.

What to expect

A higher win rate and materials that look like the operator you intend to be.

Built by  Day 60 — after AEGIS lock.
XI

LEDGER

Measurement
What it does

Single-source-of-truth dashboards. Cost of acquisition, contract value, MRR, opportunity-to-close conversion, channel attribution, weekly governance cadence.

Why it matters

Most operators have no idea where their best clients came from. They guess, and keep spending on channels that look busy but produce nothing.

What to expect

The end of guessing — a budget that becomes two to three times more productive without spending more.

Built by  Day 30 — instrumented in Foundation, reported weekly thereafter.
XII

CODEX

Intelligence
What it does

A private AI knowledge engine trained on the firm's services, runbooks, voice, and SOPs. A research analyst and intake assistant that never sleeps.

Why it matters

Operators drown in their own information — they cannot find what they produced last week. CODEX makes accumulated knowledge instantly accessible and compounds it.

What to expect

Accumulated knowledge becomes a moat. Year five is materially more valuable than year one.

Built by  Day 90 — installed in Cadence phase, compounding thereafter.
XIII

CONDUCTOR

Master Tier
What it does

Full growth-OS orchestration. Strategy, model selection, and KPI cadence run from above the modules. Quarterly business reviews with the principal — the fractional CMO who sits inside the firm.

Why it matters

Operators running multiple channels need someone watching the whole picture. Most become strategist and executor at once, and strategy gets squeezed every week.

What to expect

You stop being the strategist. Judgment compounds because someone sees what cannot be seen from inside the week.

Cadence  Continuous from Day 1. Quarterly business review with the principal.
The Operating Sequence

How the modules connect.

ATLAS draws the map. BEACON earns attention. FORGE buys it. PURSUIT chases it. SENTINEL verifies the attention that arrives. CONCIERGE converts verified attention into briefed meetings. The Atelier modules are the surface it lands on — brand, site, presentation, playbook, measurement, intelligence — built once, compounding for years. CONDUCTOR governs the whole.

Implementation Arc

Ninety days from signed to running.

Days 1–30

Foundation

ATLAS vertical and ideal-account lock. Brand and messaging audit. System installation across PSA, CRM, ad accounts, call tracking, and analytics. SENTINEL and CONCIERGE wired in with the fit-screening workflow. Compliance review against CASL and CAN-SPAM. The strategic brief is signed.

Days 31–60

Activation

BEACON authority engine live. FORGE campaigns launched against the Atlas brief — LinkedIn and Search first. SENTINEL processing live intake. CONCIERGE delivering the first qualified discovery calls to your calendar.

Days 61–90

Cadence

PURSUIT at full account-based and reactivation cadence. LEDGER reporting weekly. The engine runs independent of referral luck. Quarterly review scheduled with the principal.

Investment

The mathematics of an engagement.

Bastion Funnel pricing is structured so we are paid on outcome — the retainer covers the operating cost of the team; the per-close fee is earned only when the engine sources a signed contract. All figures in USD.

Bastion Standard

Single Market · Single Vertical
$4,500/month
+ $1,000 per sourced close. A single signed contract more than covers the retainer.
  • ATLAS, BEACON, FORGE, PURSUIT
  • SENTINEL screening & follow-up
  • CONCIERGE discovery-call booking
  • LEDGER weekly reporting
  • Six-month minimum engagement

Bastion Sovereign

Multi-Market · Enterprise / Multi-Vertical
$12,500/month
+ $1,000 per sourced close. Multi-market volume, priced for scale.
  • Full funnel across multiple markets
  • Account-based and referral pipeline
  • Bespoke reporting and forecasting
  • Direct line to the principal
  • Twelve-month minimum engagement

The Bastion Atelier — Individual Module Pricing

Atelier modules can be commissioned standalone or bundled with a Funnel tier. Build-once pricing is one-time unless an ongoing operating fee is noted.

AEGIS
From $8,500
CATHEDRAL
From $14,500 + $850/mo
ADVOCATE
$6,500
PORTFOLIO
From $3,500
LEDGER
$5,500 + $750/mo
CODEX
$18,500 + $1,200/mo
CONDUCTOR — Master Tier
From $9,500/mo · Six-month minimum

The Funnel modules are designed to operate as one cadence. A single module commissioned alone produces a fraction of the value of the full six in motion — which is why Funnel modules ship only as tier engagements, never à la carte.

The Atelier modules amplify each other. Bundled with a Funnel tier, the Atelier compounds within ninety days; à la carte engagements typically take twelve to twenty-four months to reach the same operating state.

The packaged tier is not a discount. It is the structural rate the architecture was built to deliver.

A note on structure. The per-close fee is a flat fee earned on a signed contract the engine sources — never a share of recurring revenue or a per-seat commission — and every outbound touch is run on captured CASL / CAN-SPAM consent. The exact structure is confirmed against your jurisdiction's rules before any engagement begins.

What This Means For Your Practice

The promises behind the architecture.

Compounding, not spiking

Every workflow produces an asset that earns again — a template, a sequence, a knowledge-base entry, evergreen content. Activity that does not compound is overhead.

Compliance is the floor

A single regulatory complaint or consent violation can undo a year of work. Compliance precedes creativity in every deliverable.

Your voice is the brand

No template ships without your voice on it. Generic, vendor-sounding copy in a high-trust transaction destroys the trust you spent years building.

Five-minute first response

Every inquiry receives a verified response under five minutes, day or night, until qualified or formally declined. The standard is non-negotiable.

Eight-step verification

Every inquiry clears all eight gates before it ever touches your calendar. You meet only the work worth meeting.

One per niche per market

We never run a direct competitor in your lane while the engine runs. The lock belongs to the engine — standalone builds, audits, and advisory work carry no market exclusivity.

The Next Step

You secure. We conquer.

Forty-five minutes. Private. Confidential. No pitch — a diagnostic conversation. We define the engagement together. If we are right for each other, we begin. If not, you leave with a clearer view of your market.
