1. Scope

These Terms govern use of this website and all advisory services unless superseded by a written agreement.

2. No Professional Regulated Advice

Services provided do not constitute:

  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Investment advice
  • Regulated financial advisory services

Clients are responsible for obtaining licensed professional counsel where required.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, frameworks, methodologies, and materials remain exclusive property of The Grey Cardinal Group Inc.

No reproduction without written consent.

4. International Clients

Clients engaging from outside Canada agree that:

  • Canadian law governs unless otherwise agreed.
  • Local compliance obligations remain the client’s responsibility.

5. Arbitration Clause (Internationally Robust)

Any dispute arising out of or relating to services shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be:

  • Conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia
  • In English
  • Under internationally recognized arbitration rules (e.g., UNCITRAL Model Law principles)

Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to the total fees paid within the preceding 6 months.
  • No indirect or consequential damages shall be recoverable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • Laws of British Columbia
  • Federal laws of Canada applicable therein
